Fluency in English is required; fluency in German is highly advantageous for this role. Candidates must have no visible tattoos or piercings that cannot be covered by the uniform and must pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical check and background investigation. Training & Work Schedule: Successful candidates will be flown to Germany to attend our comprehensive, paid 12-week training program at the Lufthansa Aviation Training Center in Frankfurt (transport and accommodation are provided). This position requires flexibility for a variable roster, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long-haul transatlantic flights. Compensation & Benefits: Lufthansa offers a competitive salary, with an estimated annual base from $40,000 to $60,000, supplemented by hourly flight pay and per diem allowances.
