The Role: Director of Strategic Partnerships You’ll lead revenue generation for our newest product: Profile Next- a SaaS + services platform designed to power elite team development. This role is part sales leader, part strategic operator. You’ll be responsible for finding, closing, and growing accounts across our target verticals: sports (pro and college), business, and leadership development. You must thrive in performance environments- where relationships matter, standards are high, and outcomes are everything. Key Responsibilities • Lead live demos for prospective clients across athletics and corporate environments • Manage and convert inbound leads from first contact through close • Proactively work outbound opportunities with existing clients for expansion and additional use cases • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across both verticals Experience & Skills • Minimum 10 years of professional experience • Background in SaaS, technology-enabled services, or software platforms • Proven experience leading sales conversations, demos, and client onboarding • Comfortable on camera and experienced presenting on video • Strong written and verbal communication skills • When you , you must include a smiley face in your application in the application question :) • Experience selling into athletics, leadership development, coaching, or performance-based environments is strongly preferred Your Mission • Own the full sales cycle for Profile Next: from outbound prospecting to close and • onboarding. • Drive adoption across key verticals (athletics, business, leadership) by identifying • high-leverage accounts. • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers (coaches, executives, team builders). • Translate client needs into clear solutions using our product suite (behavioral • assessments, AI debriefs, team reporting). • Coordinate with product, client success, and leadership to ensure seamless delivery and • expansion.
