SITE MANAGER – BLISS CAR WASH
$20.00 – $25.00/hour + Monthly Performance Bonus
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Position Overview:
This is a high-accountability leadership role for an individual who can drive sales performance, execute operational standards, and lead from the front.
At BLISS Car Wash, Site Managers are expected to take full responsibility of their site—from membership growth to team performance and daily execution. This role is best suited for leaders who are comfortable being measured by results and held to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive daily membership sales and conversion performance
  • Coach and develop team members to meet and exceed goals
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and fully operational site
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, service standards and safety
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience
  • Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, inventory, and ordering
  • Ensure execution of opening/closing procedures and site readiness
  • Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions
  • Support all areas of the business as needed to ensure success

  • Maintain a strong on-site presence with the team

Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Required: Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Car wash, retail, or service industry with a sales focus

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends (Friday & Saturday required)

Physical Demands:
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Flexible hours, night and day, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to operate all related equipment.

Reporting Relationships: Reports to the District Manager/Operations Manager.
