*This particular team member position has a work week of 4 days, 9-10 hour shifts each day. 36+ hours per week required.*

Competitive Pay / Hourly Wage:

  • $15/hr for High Availability
  • $14/hr for Day Availability OR 4-day
  • $13/hr for Lunch Availability
  • $11/hr for Limited Availability

Opportunity for raises!

  • Completion of Skill Test 1 Requirements: 50¢
  • Completion of Trainer Requirements: 50¢
  • Completion of Skill Test 2 Requirements: $1.50
  • Completion of Shift Leader Requirements: 50¢

Hospitality Cashier Team Member Position Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes guests as they enter the restaurant or drive-thru
  • Answers guest questions, offers recommendations, and provides general assistance to guests
  • Takes guest orders, processes payments accurately, and maintains an accurate cash drawer
  • Always be ATTENTIVE, COURTEOUS, and FRIENDLY
  • Move with URGENCY
  • Ensures orders are complete and delivers food to guests
  • Constantly cleaning and stocking areas in the restaurant
  • Cleans various areas of the restaurant, including tables, counters, floors, trash bins and restrooms
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety procedures
  • Assist with all food preparation and set up when required
  • Follow procedures to ensure an outstanding guest experience
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant leadership
