NANNY, LIVE IN, FULL-TIME - Amman, Jordan

 

Job Description: A Royal Family is seeking a highly experienced, professional Nanny to join their household on a permanent basis starting in July 2026, following the birth of their newborn. The role will be based between Jordan and the USA, with international travel required.
The Nanny will be responsible for the full care of one newborn child and will work within a fully staffed household, overseeing the Maternity Nurse and additional childcare support team. This is a senior-level position suited to a candidate with extensive experience in UHNW or VIP environments.
The position offers a shared bedroom with the baby, as well as a separate private unit within the residence for personal time. The Nanny will benefit from exceptional support and resources, allowing full focus on delivering the highest standard of care.

Working Schedule:
6 days per week
Approximately 12 hours per day
Flexibility required depending on travel and family needs


Key Responsibilities:
Providing full physical care and daily routine management for the newborn
Acting as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the child’s care
Supervising and coordinating the Maternity Nurse, nannies, and baby staff
Communicating closely with the parents regarding all aspects of the child’s development and well-being
Managing feeding routines, including bottle feeding and night care when required
Monitoring the child’s health, administering medication when necessary (with parental consent), and coordinating medical appointments
Preparing for and accompanying the family on international travel, including packing and logistical arrangements
Ensuring all baby-related equipment is maintained to the highest standards, including sterilization and organization of nursery items
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment within the nursery and allocated accommodation
Requirements: Extensive experience as a Nanny within private UHNW or VIP households
Strong newborn experience, with a deep understanding of early years development
Confident in leading and managing a childcare team
Fluent in English (essential)
European passport holder preferred
Highly professional, discreet, and well-presented
Warm, positive, and engaging personality with a strong sense of responsibility
Relevant childcare qualifications and certifications required
Working Hours: 72 hours per week
Salary Offered: EURO 90,000 per year
