Audible is seeking a Product Management Intern to define and build mission-critical experiences that will increase listening engagement and habituation for our millions of listeners across the globe. As an intern within the Product Management team, you will have a hand in multiple projects over your time with us. This internship is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to help shape, create, and bring to market new experiences for Audible customers.



ABOUT YOU
- You're a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity - you can identify and act upon an opportunity or problem without explicit instructions and respond comfortably to changing priorities
- You have an insatiable appetite for understanding your customers and are relentless in finding solutions that meet their needs, sewing the details and tying them back to the big picture
- You love to multi-task and can manage multiple projects with different owners efficiently and effectively
- You are a strong analytical thinker, always curious, and have a positive 'can-do' attitude
- You have experience or interest in technology and/or media sectors (audio content is a plus)

As a Product Management Intern, you will...
- Collaborate with and influence world-class product managers, engineers, QA, UX designers and other partner stakeholders - providing guidance and direction to achieve the product vision for customer-centric product launches and improvements
- Create plans that have clear, measurable success criteria
- Define/refine positioning, customer experience, messaging and/or content strategy for products leveraging on-site experimentation and testing
- Work with other business partners to perform deep data driven analysis of businesses to surface actionable insights
- Partner with UX and UX Research to define good outcomes for qualitative testing, ensuring we are building the right experience for a diverse range of cultures
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to validate success for new functionality, or to more deeply understand user behavior in order to iterate towards a successful test
