We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager – Wireless (SCM) whom is an integral part of the project team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution and completion of specific tasks and milestones within wireless telecommunication projects. Ensures project activities are conducted efficiently, on schedule, and in adherence to quality standards. The QCM coordinates closely with the Wireless CAD team, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Quality Control team, and Engineers, contributing significantly to project efficiency and success.


Responsibilities


  • Manage and complete projects which are assigned / awarded on time and in budget.
  • Work closely with Wireless CAD, Site Acquisition, Construction Managers, Project Managers, Quality Control teams to ensure deliverables meet client and jurisdiction standards.
  • Review / Redline A&E drawings.
  • Review / Redline structural documents.
  • Manage client requests, including purchase orders and invoicing requirements.
  • Manage subcontractors, including issuing purchase orders and approving invoices.
  • Manage internal trackers to ensure delivery schedules are met.
  • Attend client meetings as required, either in person or virtually.
  • Upload documents and manage internal SharePoint folders.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications


  • Associate's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or supervision, preferably within the wireless telecommunications or a related construction/infrastructure industry required.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and basic methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and experience with project tracking tools.
  • Basic understanding of wireless telecommunication infrastructure components and deployment processes.
  • Ability to interpret basic construction drawings and site plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly to team members and subcontractors.
  • Experience in the wireless telecommunications industry with specific knowledge of carrier standards.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes related to projects.
  • Desire and demonstrated potential for advancement to a Project Manager role preferred.
  • Introductory project management certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with client portals and project management software used in the telecom industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Highly responsible, resourceful, accurate, dependable, and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to team success.
  • The ability to embrace corporate values, understand the company mission, and exemplify CCI leadership behaviors.


Shift
is full-time Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST. Must be flexible and willing to work outside normal business hours as necessary.
