We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow.
  • Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to uphold high standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
  • Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area aligned with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions to foster a skilled and motivated team.

Requirements

  • Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles.
  • Familiarity with inventory control practices, budgeting, and food production processes.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates and managing team dynamics.
