In the role of Pre-Registrar Scheduler, you will be responsible for receiving phone calls and fax requests to schedule patients for outpatient tests. In this role you will complete pre-registration of scheduled patients, and ensure a valid provider order is obtained.</p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p>In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:</p> <ul> <li>1 year previous Patient Scheduling or Patient Access experience preferred.</li> <li>Office experience in a healthcare environment, medical terminology, knowledge of CPT/ICD-9 codes, preferred.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and skills. </li> <li>High School Diploma or GED, required.</li> </ul> <p>Physical Requirements - Sedentary work - Prolonged period of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally</p> <p> </p> <p>Full-time opportunity for a remote scheduler specialist who resides in the Denver area. The position works Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM MST.  We are seeking experienced professionals with a background in scheduling, patient access/revenue cycle, high-volume call centers, and customer service.
