GSOP powers day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional merchant & partner experiences, whilst supporting GMNS in achieving its long-term goals. The candidate will be PMO lead for scorecards, lead executive reporting and planning activities; and driving high-impact strategic projects. This role requires strong program management capabilities, the ability to translate complex data into compelling executive-level narratives, and excellence in cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner enabling data-driven decision-making through clear, concise, and compelling deliverables.</p><p>Key Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Lead the design, development, and ongoing management of scorecards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.</li><li>Own the end-to-end MS US scorecard production process, including requirements gathering, data validation, review cycles, and executive delivery.</li><li>Lead 1 Analyst to lead and provide oversight of monthly executive reporting and planning activities.</li><li>Drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.</li><li>Develop clear, compelling stories and insights from data to inform senior leadership and executive stakeholders.</li><li>Create high-quality, executive-level presentations, with a strong emphasis on clarity, structure, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance and Analytics).</li><li>Establish and continuously improve processes, governance, and best practices for scorecards, and strategic project execution.</li><li>Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent initiatives.</li></ul><p>Minimum Qualifications:</p><ul><li>3-5 years of proven experience in program or project management, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.</li><li>Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize data and insights into clear, actionable narratives for executive audiences.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in creating executive-level presentations, particularly using Microsoft PowerPoint.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively across teams, balancing diverse perspectives and priorities.</li><li>Detail orientated while maintaining a view of the bigger picture</li><li>A proactive mindset with a \'can do\' attitude</li></ul><p>Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits</p><p>* Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.</p><p>The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
