Our products make it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and more.<br><br>Ready to join us?<br><br><strong>Your Role</strong><br><br>We\'re hiring <strong>Senior Quality Assurance Engineers</strong> to join our team and contribute to the development of world-class software products used by athletes and fans across the globe. <br><br>Your responsibilities will include:<br><ul><li><strong>Collaboration.</strong> You\'ll uphold and promote our values as a core member of an autonomous team following Agile methodology.</li><li><strong>Strategic testing.</strong> You\'ll use your customer and system understanding to create risk-based testing approaches and plans that focus on user experiences. Overall, you\'ll ensure our products meet and exceed user expectations.</li><li><strong>Automation.</strong> By aligning our processes with development speed, you\'ll make informed decisions on what, how and when to automate.</li><li><strong>Mentoring</strong>. You\'ll use your technical and quality understanding to guide others on the team to level up their skills. As the go-to person for product quality, you\'ll influence and motivate teams to incorporate quality best practices in everything they do.</li></ul><br>We\'d like to hire people for these roles who live near our offices in Lincoln and Omaha, but we\'re also open to remote candidates in Kansas City, Chicago, Austin or Dallas.<br><strong><strong>Must-Haves</strong></strong><br><ul><li><strong>A focus on quality.</strong> You understand the big picture and strive to use what you know to improve quality and velocity.</li><li><strong>Technical know-how.</strong> You have in-depth experience with testing desktop, web and/or mobile applications, and deep knowledge of automation using tools such as Selenium, Gherkin and Playwright. You\'ve implemented the test pyramid and have experience working with developers and QA to shift testing left.</li><li><strong>A coach.</strong> You have a track record of mentoring, connecting with, and improving those around you.</li><li><strong>Customer driven. </strong>You think critically about the user experience and ensure our testing approach adapts to their workflows.</li></ul><strong><strong>Nice-to-Haves</strong></strong><br><ul><li><strong>Working with a global team</strong>.
