We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.</p><b>Summary</b><p>Under general direction, this role ensures product availability, schedules deliveries, maintains associated records, and assists in the day-to-day coordination of related functions.</p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Coordinates product delivery to growers at an SGS operation to maximize resources of staff and to meet customer needs by scheduling and dispatching delivery staff in a manner which economically utilizes physical and human resources. May personally deliver product to customers.</li><li>Provides service to walk-in customers. Receives telephone orders from customers and Sales Representatives. Prepares product mix instruction sheets, Material Safety Data Sheets, and work orders.</li><li>Makes product purchase recommendations to Supervisor/Market Manager to ensure adequate inventory to meet sales and delivery needs. Ensures appropriate receipt and recordkeeping of unit inventory.
